Clover Impact Kitchen Printer

The Clover Impact Printer is a heavy-duty dot-matrix printer designed specifically for the back-of-house. Why 'Impact'? Unlike the front-of-house printers that use heat (thermal) to print, this uses tiny pins and an ink ribbon to physically strike the paper. Heat Resistant: Thermal paper turns black and unreadable when placed near a heat lamp or pizza oven. Impact paper uses real ink, so it never fades or turns black in a hot kitchen. 2-Color Printing: It prints in Black and Red. Restaurants use the red ink to highlight 'Modifiers' (e.g., 'NO ONION' or 'ALLERGY') so cooks don't miss them.
