Clover Kiosk
The Clover Kiosk is a massive 24-inch self-service touchscreen that lets customers order and pay for their own food without talking to a cashier. The Hardware: It is typically a Samsung 24" touch display paired with a Clover payment terminal (like a Flex or Mini) mounted to the side. It can be mounted on a wall, a countertop stand, or a freestanding floor pedestal. The Software: It runs a specialized 'Kiosk Mode' of the Clover software that displays your menu with big, beautiful photos and intuitive 'Add to Cart' buttons. How is it being used in businesses? Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR): Perfect for burger joints, taco shops, or poke bowl spots. Customers walk up, build their own bowl/burger, pay, and grab a number. Line Busting: During the lunch rush, instead of losing customers who see a long line and walk out, you direct them to the Kiosk to order instantly. Upselling: The machine never forgets to ask 'Do you want fries with that?' or 'Add extra avocado?' Studies show average ticket sizes increase by 20-30% on kiosks because customers feel less judged ordering more food and are visually tempted by add-on photos.
